I'd probably layer it over a black or navy blue first. I saw it over a bright purple and it was really pretty so maybe I'd try that! thanks for the great giveaway!

I think I'd try it over a few things--black (Zoya Raven?), purple (Zoya Mimi?), red (Chanel Shanghai Red?); and see which one I like best!

I'd probably put it over OPI's Russian Navy, it's one of my favorite polishes, I'm so obsessed and I think it'd pop more with a blue/purple base than a black base.

Well I'd try it out over Revlon Royal first just because they seem to be a good match. Then I'd try it over white to get a good feel for its "true" color. Then I might try it over something funky like burgundy just to see how it looks! Thanks so much for a fantastic giveaway!
